About This Quote

I have a passion for reading and in recent years I have discovered books with a theme in common. The theme of the book in this case is the idea that we must make peace with our inner demons and conquer them in order to reach our potential and become the person we were meant to be. I believe we all have things in our lives that we do not like about ourselves. As hard as it may be to admit, we must face these things and deal with them head on before they consume us.

A quiet conscience is a conscience that is not easily disturbed. When we allow fear, anger, jealousy, fear of failure, fear of success, and other emotions to consume us day after day it is easy for us to lose sight of who we really are and what we truly want out of life. This quiet conscience is the greatest freedom one can ever know because it gives us the freedom to live without fear and live without regret.
